Welcome to Jewelry By Renee where you will find Handcrafted Beaded Jewelry by Renee Sleeper. All beaded jewelry is handcrafted and nothing is mass produced. Most of my pieces will have matching items; Necklaces, Bracelets and Earrings. One of the reasons I began designing jewelry is because I like to wear coordinating pieces of jewelry myself and was not able to find a wide variety in stores.
There is only one of each piece of jewelry shown on my website unless noted otherwise. However, when a piece sells I will replace it with an identical or similar item as soon as possible, especially if there are matching pieces still available. If I know at the time I design a piece that it is truly a one of a kind item because it is designed with beads or findings that are no longer available it will be noted as such. This website is updated frequently. Check back here often to see the newest additions. About Me I have always been involved in some type of creative adventure. I have done oil painting, drawing, flower arranging, cake decorating and ceramic. When I began flower arranging, cake decorating and painting ceramics, I started them for myself and my family. As people began to see my work they liked what they saw and wanted some of my work for themselves and for gifts. I sold these crafts for about 15 years. I have always enjoyed accessorizing my wardrobe with matching shoes, purses and jewelry. I was having a difficult time finding matching sets of jewelry in stores so I decided to make my own. I was so excited when I discovered all of the beautiful gemstones, pearls, crystals and glass beads that I could use in my designs. Once again, people noticed my jewelry and wanted to purchase it, and so Jewelry By Renee was born. Of course now the best tool to selling items is the internet. So along the lines of creating, I decided to create my own web site. I have found this to be another exciting project.
