Our Return Policy at Beaded Jewelry By Renee
No Refunds. Exchanges Only. Our policy will be extended for holiday gifts.
All returns must meet the following requirements or they will be returned to sender:
- All items may be returned for a one time exchange only within 7 days of receipt of the package. - No exchanges will be honored after the 7 days — exceptions will be made for holiday gifts.
- A copy of the invoice must be include in the package. Items must be in the original box and jewelry price tags must still be on the jewelry or the item will be considered used and exchange will not be honored.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All return must be packaged in a padded envelope and returned in the same condition as was sent to you, you can insure it if you wish. Damaged goods will not be accepted.
- All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- No refunds on special orders or clearance items.
- All jewelry will be resized for free before it is shipped.
